Body Sculpting:  utilizing Ultrashape Power and Velashape technologies, we are able to help destroy fat in those areas that hinder the way we want to look.  sides, stomach, flanks, thighs.  Plus, the Velashape tightens up those areas of cellulite and sagging skin.  It's never too early to think about bikini season....or just wanting to look better in our normal clothing, especially in the summer time.  Check our body sculpting area and check out and for more information.

Massage Therapy:  utilizing massage can help provide relief from stress and anxiety, provide deep relaxation, aid in muscle recovery following injury, and reduce muscle and joint pains.  We utilize therapy cups, hot stones, and myofascial stretching tools (IASTM tools) to help release tightness in muscles, fascia, and tendons.  These varied techniques can greatly help with giving relief to tension and muscle tightness.  Whether you are in need of relaxing Swedish massage or targeted neuromuscular therapy, we will find what works best for your goals.

Edema/Lymphedema Management we are able to help patients who have chronic edema/swelling issues.  With Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a patient's swelling is able to be decreased and ultimately managed so as to avoid the many problems associated with chronic edema.  There is also evidence that MLD helps with overall wellness due to the "flushing" of the lymphatic system, the system that the body uses to help fight off infections.

Physical Therapy: there are many different styles and areas of physical therapy, but what we focus on is the neck, back, and shoulder.  We utilize traditional therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and electric muscle stimulation.  We also utilize acupuncture/dry needling techniques, electro-needling, IASTM/myofascial release techniques, spinal manipulation, and spinal decompression traction (manual or mechanical) for lumbar and cervical pain.

Applied Nutrition Testing:  this is the practice of manual muscle testing to determine what foods or supplements that the body needs.  It is an old practice that has gone out of style in the middle of the last century.  It can still be used to determine what areas of dysfunction the body is undergoing and to determine which dysfunction is most important to treat.  We utilize supplements and essential oils to help you achieve a greater level of health.
